T51-b Strength Buff

Description

I didn't like that the T51-b didn't have a strength buff compared with the default T45, so I added one. Made it +3 compared to the 45's +2 and left out the Agility penalty, since the 51 is meant to be the more advance suit. All other stats remain vanilla. Haven't done anything with the helmet, just the main armor suit.

Disclaimer, I created this one for my own enjoyment and is thus sold as seen. If you're already wearing the suit, the buff will only appear in your SPECIAL stats if you take it off and put it back on again.

Description

OK, turns out it's not compatible with other mods which affect the armor suit.

Installation instructions

Slap the archive upside your preferred mod manager, or extract and drag in to the Fallout 3 game folder. Important thing is that the ESP should land in your Data folder. Load order-wise, I honestly have no idea but I imagine it should go after anything else which affects the T51-b set.

Main features

You can hit Super Mutants considerably harder with your super sledge.

Requirements

Just vanilla Fallout 3.

Shout outs

Fallout 4, which taught me that it's entirely acceptable to stomp around in basically a bipedal tank and, with one hand, convert enemies in to a smooth gooey mess.

Q&A

Q: Will this work with NV and/or TOTW?

A: I don't know. Maybe? The item IDs are the same, go give it a try. It's not going to break anything.

Q: Can you make an ESP-less version?

A: No. I literally don't know how.

Q: Can I safely install and uninstall during a playthrough in progress?

A: Based on feedback from my beta test team, consisting entirely of me, yes.

Q: Can I use this in my own mods or whatever else?

A: Sure, go nuts. I only made the thing for my own preferences on how I felt the armor should behave.

Q: Ice cream or cake?

A: Well now I need a mod which lets you have both.
