Fixes incorrect sunlight position.
Bethesda forgot to invert the Y axis of the sunlight direction, which means the offset is the opposite of the actual sun.
I fixed it in Fallout New Vegas 2 years ago, stop asking me about it. It's in Stewie's Tweaks.
