Sunglasses Merchant Upgraded

This is an upgrade of the Sunglasses Collection by farbentier, re-uploaded with his permission. I altered his mod a bit to allow it to work with the great Rivet City Merchants mod by donlemonade. I created a new stall for the Sunglasses Merchant and touched up the navmesh for the Rivet City Merchants mod. I also had to move a few things around in the original Rivet City area to fit the new stall. Primarily I moved the work bench from beside the exit stairs to beside one of the merchant stalls. I tried to keep everything as close to the original mod as possible. You will probably need the Rivet City Merchants mod to run this mod. This mod was originally created by farbentier and is his work alone. I only changed the location of the merchant stall. I received written permission from farbentier to do this. Anyone wanting to utilize anything from this mod must obtain permission from farbentier first.
