ATTENTION! I will no longer be able to support this mod. I will not be adding any updates and such. The reason for this is because of something personal.
You will need the following,
FOSE/Fallout Script Extender: http://fose.silverlock.org/
The Original Stutter remover version 4-1-36 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8886
Make sure to install FOSE first, then install the Stutter remover, and then Install my Stutter remover fix. When asked to overwrite, do so and overwrite the file.
