Adds a Recon Armor with a permanent Steathboy effect to the list of craftable items.

The new version only activates the stealth field while the character is actually sneaking. Pick ONE ESP only from the 2 versions.

Installation

Extract the included ESP files into the Data folder located within your main Fallout 3 Directory.
Activate whichever one you wish to use via the F3 Launcher or FoMM. DO NOT ACTIVATE BOTH.
The Regular version replaces the default Recon Armor enchantment with a built-in 25% Stealth Field
instead of a +5 Sneak bonus, the Workbench version allows you to create a the armor using the
workbench and does not affect the default Recon Armor at all.

Schematics are located in the following locations: Quartermaster Durga, Fort Independance, & Ranger
Compound.

This Mod either replaces the default Recon Armor enchantment or allows you to craft Recon Armor with
a sneak-activated Steathboy effect instead of a bonus to Stealth. The effect is 1/3 the power of the
one gained by using a Stealthboy; 25% instead of 75%.
