Stealth Armor Fix Update

This seperates the Stealth Helmet from the Stealth Suit. This works with current saves, as well as new saves! This also fixes it so hair isn\'t \'bunned\' if you wear one of the ponytails or something. This is technically an update of the fix that Nairax made (though I built it from scratch, I made most of the same mods he did, so I give credit). This fixes the fix that Bethesda added to fix the armor. I changed the Editor ID for the object which was enough to invalidate the fix Bethesda put into the Executable to change it. So it should be compatible with almost all mods to the stealth suit. The stealth helmet has no changes from the original Bethesda files, except that I fixed wear locations so that you cannot wear extra headgear with it (it fills all headgear slots). It only has 4 armor (where as Nairax\' has 6, but 4 is the amount the original had).
