Springvale Basement

This mod adds a very small Basement into Springvale which can be used as a player home. The house includes; - Bed (obviously) - Storage (named for your convenience) - Nuka Cola fridge (yay) - Pristine Radio (yay) - Water fountain (yay) Again this is a very small player home and is intended to give players a nice starting \\\"home\\\" while not removing the necessity of the vanilla homes, as such it is missing some amenities. Requirements; This mod requires Broken Steel (which everyone should have by now). User Permissions; Anyone can edit this as long as they credit me. ;) Credits; Bethesda - for the game and editor. The various texture mods I have on (too many to credit all).
