This special modified set of power armor has had all the armor plating removed and the power to the servo motors increased, making it worthless for defence, but giving 200 pounds more carring capacity than normal, and a speed boost when worn. I feel that these effects are reasonable within the context of the game, and don\'t feel like \"cheating\". You buy this armor from Seagrave Holmes in rivet city. All you have to do is trade with him, and then ask about special items. I am not putting a readme with this \'cause I figure you all know how to install mods by now. Please Note: this armor looks like normal power armor because I am lazy. :p
