Silver Slugger Melee Perk

This is a new, 3-rank perk which adds 5 points of damage per rank to melee weapons, named after the Silver Slugger award in Baseball. This is exactly like the \"Iron Fist\" perk, only for melee instead of unarmed. The prerequisites (Level 4, Strength 4) are the same as well. Guess which perk I used as a template! I thought Melee characters kinda get the shaft in terms of perks, whereas Unarmed is pretty well represented. Well, with this perk you can now bash/stab heads off just as well as those Unarmed guys can punch them off! Wow! That\'s pretty much it, have fun beating and/or stabbing things! Also, I couldn\'t think of a better name than \"Silver Slugger\". Don\'t hold it against me.
