Show skills over 100

That\'s what I made for the \"Wasteland Mastery\" mod. You know, getting each time into console to see your skills is not really the right way. So, that\'s what I came around. My own first mod in fact. I know, it\'s kinda lame, but it does the job ). It\'s displayed in two sections because the dialog window is restricted with 9 positions Upon loading this mod you\'ll get a new \"!Show skills\" \"armor\" item. Simply click on it. That\'s basically all. Russian and English versions available. And they don\'t need each other, so choose one of them I\'m thinking about adding strings showning the current bonus of having a skill over 100 based on wasteland mastery, but I don\'t feel like doing it without encouraging from community, so, if you ask about it, I\'ll add some extra features.
