Raised base damage to 4,000 Raised durability to 10,000,000 (Basically it doesn\'t ever break) Raised critical damage to 10,000 Base VATS chance-to-hit raised to 35 (from 18) Base VATS action points lowered to 5 (from 12) NPCs will no longer use this weapon (that would just be lame, getting one-shotted by an NPC) A copy of the weapon, along with 200 rounds of ammo, can be found on the floor of the stall in the Megaton Women\'s Restroom. -Shyssirixus Don\'t forget to comment and rate!
