Finally decided to teach myself how to play with .esp files without the aid of a CS. This is my first ever, so please be gentle; any and all input is appreciated. The purpose of this mod is to make the 3rd person cam a little more usable for gameplay by adjusting the location of the camera closer in to the characters body and now also raises the camera to allow better visibility. Kudos to Arkayer for including the OTS values in his Other OTS mod. Works like any other .esp mod, just place in your Fallout3\\Data folder, open the Fallout 3 launcher, and put a check next to ROTS.esp in the Data Files section. Edit: v 0. 2 Made a slight correction to the XOffset value to more correctly match the new camera position. Edit:v 0. 3 Camera is now raised slightly above head level to allow for better visibility.
