This mod adds a settlement/defensible town overrun/being attacked by raiders to the wastelands near Warrington Station. This mod is meant to add more immersion RPG to the game. Fallout 1 and 2 had some great towns, junktown, and this is my attempt to make fallout 3 have more town settings. This current version does not have any NPC\'s, they will be added with quests/storylines. May 3rd 2010 - I worked all weekend and made the raiderbase more dynamic (fun to battle through and interesting to look at) Almost finished layout/design. Projected timeline - two weeks from now I will be done layout and working on Navmesh. May 17th 2010 - Worked on the mod all weekend. Loads of progess and much to show for weekend\'s worth of work. May 20th 2010 - Been meaning to update. Most of the characters have been made, scripts and all the quest related data has been imputed.
