Allows player to buy ownership of locker and bed in megaton commons house (for 100 caps)
Description: This is my first mod, so be warned. For now, it simply adds a ledger book that sits upon a lectern in Megaton\'s Commons House, 1st floor. For the price of 100 caps, you gain ownership of locker and bunkbed in the commons house. The locker is directly to the right of the lectern, the bed to its left. To-Do List: weekly/monthly charges similiar setups in most settlements upgrades, including maybe a key (if NPC theft is indeed a problem) Compatibility: Compatable with everything that doesn\'t affect the commons house. Beyond that, I have no idea. any and all feedback is appreciated change log: v0. 1. 1 ledger now charged correct price
