Renewable alien blaster

Basically, this mod changes the Alien Blaster and Firelance so that they use energy cells instead of alien ammo. The Alien Ammo is kept in the game however, so you can still sell it or give it to the outcasts. Don't ask me how an alien weapon uses earth ammo; I really don't care about realism. But if you do, don't download this mod, because it makes NO sense. at all. Oh and also, the Alien Blaster/Firelance can be repaired with Plasma Pistols. So really, all this does is make the Alien Blaster use renewable resources. I hope you have fun with it! :)
