Regulators Ride Again

This is the Second alpha version of Regulators Ride Again! This version adds the interior of the Equity ranch house and the basement of the Equity House and regulator HQ. You can get in through the magic door outside the Regulator Barn or the front door of the Equity house... Actually, I think I forgot to delete the magic door from the Megaton House, so you can get there from the Megaton house too. RRA aims to make the Regulators a bit more interesting. Currently this involves modifying their secret hide out. This file contains some extensive changes to the regulators HQ cell, adding a fortified farmhouse to the area. This is an early alpha, and contains no new NPCs, quests, interiors, or items. The new buildings and structures do not have updated navmesh, so NPCs will have trouble with the cell. The purpose of this release is to get some feedback on the layout of the fortified farmhouse. I STRONGLY RECOMEND YOU CREATE A FRESH SAVE BEFORE USING THIS MOD. This mod is not in a complete or playable state. I am not responsible for loss of save games or other complications. That said, I would appreciate input and feedback from folks who have something to say about the regulators, whether you love them or hate them.
