✅ Added a ton of new items...posters,collectibles,memorabilia, & more!
✅ Added an ammo locker on ground floor.
✅ Added a rain catcher/water tank outside on top. Also a com tower too.
✅ Added a generator for the source of all the power in the place.

- Just uploaded a cluttered version for the pack rat scavenger!

- On a side note, if you don\'t like any of the items just fire up the GECK or disable them...easy.
- 3rd Update is out.
- Fixes missing meshes/textures. Also, recompressed most textures so any stuttering/lag issues are nonexistent.
- Navmeshed outside area.
- Added a target and table outside for shooting practice.
- Added two grills and a table for cookouts.

- This adds:
- Navmesh on Ground, Entrance Lobby, & Loft.
- Furnished Ground Floor. Basically a small armory and companion floor.
- Added a Monster Energy Drink fridge that respawns.
- Added a chair in Bedroom.
- Added 1-15 pool balls and a cue rack.
- Added a security tv by front door with real images of the lobby, pretty neat idea I had.
- Added some graphic novels (Wanted,V For Vendetta,The Crow)
- Added some books (One Second Later,Zombie Survival Guide,Some Drizzt books,& a USMC CQB manual.
- Added a new Poker Table mesh, big thanks to Regent Eagle for that. Check out his mods! They are amazing.
- Added light switch to Marijuana plant for proper growth :)
- That\'s about it. I want to add some things to the outside, within the walls. Maybe a shooting range and some cookout stuff.
- This is a quick mod I put together as a tribute to New Vegas.
- Inspired by I\'am Legend, maybe you can see some resemblances? ;)
- Also inspired by chucksteel\'s DCinteriors. It\'s actually almost exact in the architecture. So, big kudos to him for his incredible mod.
- It\'s located in L\'Enfant Plaza, comes with a mapmarker.
- Requires nothing but Fallout 3.
- *First Update is for Ms Pacman fix & a Textures fix for people that need it. Also, moved the couch back a bit & replaced the floating lamp in living room.
- Features include:
- Extremely secure. Steel gate with computer entrance. Two guards armed to the teeth with HK416\'s & REAL MARPAT Woodland Cammies. Ooh-RAH! I recommend Sharing & Caring Companions to recruit them if you want. They are set to essential.
- 2 set\'s of the USMC MARPAT cammies in the bedroom chest, including an HK416 SBR & SOPMOD. Thanks to munkeenuts.
- USMC retex of pool table like in my -Solace- mod. Thanks to Hengebobs.
- Some new posters. From DeviantArt.
- Modernized kitchen inspired by Bond\'s excellent mods. Thanks to cire992\'s resource pack.
- Water Purifier.
