RandianHero Perk Modification

Changes in v1. 0: -The Adamantium Skeleton perk is now called Hardened Bones and has a new description for a bit more realism (Fallout 3 is not X-Men). -Pinkerton is now the only one who can give you the Cyborg perk, and you must acquire the proper components in order for him to perform the operation. -The perk \"Gills\" is added as another Pinkerton pseudo-quest. Bringing him 3 blood packs and a hunk of mirelurk meat will allow him to perform an operation to give the player character gills. With this perk, you can breathe underwater indefinitely (but you\'ll still be irradiated). I basically needed a break from my Wasteland Gigolo mod, so I decided to monkey with script packages as a means of learning how to use the GECK more effectively. It\'s been a pain in the ass, but I think I learned a lot from this little side project. I hope you enjoy it.
