Adds a small Raider outpost outside of the Beth Ruins, Well armed they are a mild threat.
Seems the raiders have set up a cook site outside of the Beth Ruins, See if you can shut down their business for good.

The New Version has Scavengers that will move back in after all the raider all dead for a few days.
