Radioactive Power Armor for Charon

Charon doesn\'t like to talk about it but somewhere in his journeys he picked up a suit of Brotherhood of Steel Power Armor with some incredible attributes. For a normal human wearing this armor would be a death sentence but for a ghoul the radiation that has been absorbed by the metal provides a constant healing effect (I\'ve confirmed it does in fact heal Charon or any ghoul wearing it) and emits a pleasant radioactive glow. Radioactive Power Armor is the perfect armor for Charon or anyone using a mod where they can play as a ghoul. When Charon went to work for Azrukhal guarding The Ninth Circle in the unusually peaceful Underworld he put his power armor away for safe keeping in Azrukhal\'s locked safe and after obtaining his contract he\'ll happily wear it on your new adventures in the wasteland. Issues: Sometimes it doesn\'t glow. Sometimes the glow intensifies when entering or exiting buildings but it shouldn\'t more than double or triple. If it\'s too bright taking it away and giving it back to Charon should set it back to normal. If you\'re wearing it yourself to get the proper glow it has to be hot-keyed and equipped in third person view. You could probably slap this on any follower since I understand they\'re all immune to radiation but it would be ridiculous.
