R700 Rifle - re-skin

Light re-skin of the R700 to give it a little more wear & tear look. Some scratches and a little color adjustment (made a little lighter and more yellowish). Also removed the blue scope lens (changed to very dark brown/black) that people (including me) were complaining about. Rifle has been reduced in size too, as i found it was a bit too big in 3rd person. Now it\'s 86% of its original size. Other tweaks include stats adjustment (damage, critical damage, AP used, added knockdown effect from Victory Rifle, made a bit more accurate and has larger zoom), repair item is now hunting rifle, and it also uses hunting rifle\'s sounds now - as i find CoD4\'s M21 rifle sound a bit unfitting for the Remington.
