Name: Purified Megaton Player House Sink Author: Haren ====================================================== 1: Description This mod will make your Megaton house\'s sink produce clean, purified water free of radiation. Nothing else in the house or the game is altered. In case you\'re wondering: why? One thing that bothers me about the player\'s Megaton home is that, despite Megaton having a working water purification system, your sink produces sludge on par with what you find out in the wastes. Playing the game with mods that introduce increased radiation and Hunger/Thirst/Sleep needs only seems to highlight this oversight even further. I found it frustrating to lumber home, tired and half dead from raiders and super mutants, only to find that old Walter had returned my favor of fixing Megaton\'s leaky pipes by piping green hot sewer sludge into my home. So, I simply fixed it. ====================================================== 2: Installation - Make sure your Fallout.ini file has the following line changed: bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 to bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 - Place the .esp file into your folder - Either select the file on the Fallout loader OR (preferably) use the Fallout Mod Manager located at http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=640 - Play and enjoy! ====================================================== 3: Uninstallation - Remove the .esp file by unchecking it using the Fallout loader or FOMM - Delete the .esp file if you really want ====================================================== 4: Version History / Bug Fixes 1. 0 = Initial release, no known bugs ====================================================== 5: Incompatibilities This mod creates a new custom activator using the original sink\'s meshes and the purified water script. It should be compatible with any mod that doesn\'t change the sink or sink area of the Megaton house. Feel free to use this file as you see fit, as long as you\'re not just reuploading it and claiming it\'s your\'s. If you want to save yourself 5 minutes of time and use the new activator in your own mods then go ahead.
