I\'ve used PyroPaul\'s Kevlar mod, I\'ve sent him a PM in march but he has not answered, so I decided to upload this file. (If there is any legal problems I will delete this file.) I\'ve just added the Punisher\'s Skull and some bullet impacts on. This is my first mod so... Location ======== There are two Kevlars in Springvale Playground, see images. Details ======= Damage Resistance: 18. Weight: 5. Meshes may look off. (I\'ve used a black shirt behind the kevlar in the screenshots) You should use jkruse05\'s mod: Punishers Outfit, it works great with my mod. Install ======= 1. Extract the files to a temporary location. 2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary. 3. Copy files to (install folder)\\Fallout3\\Data\\ 4. Start FOMM, place a checkmark beside the .esp file. Uninstall ========= 1. Start FOMM, uncheck the .esp file. 2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
