Power Station 4 player home

Due to health reasons I know it is only a matter of time until I pass away. I can no longer support this mod. It is expressly forbidden to modify this mod

or to re-release it in any way including translations. 

This mod makes minor changes to power sub station 4, near the Brahman Shed, so it can be used as a player home. It adds a bed, stove, fridge, sink and toilet as well as cleans the place up. There was existing storage containers.

I wanted to keep it Lore friendly, imagining what sort of stuff a Wastelander might do to make the place into a home.
