Plasma Mulcher

Ok internet I need you to do me a favor here: please be understanding. I made this mod purely with experience in modding Oblivion and Skyrim, seeing as I\'m one of the unfortunate souls who has an Intel \"graphics card\" that can\'t run Fallout 3 and none of the fixes have worked for me. Anyway, on to the mod I (might have) made. All of the energy weapons in the game have a plasma version and a laser version, except for the Gatling Laser. This mod takes the gatling laser and changes a few things to make it shoot plasma instead of lasers. I mostly want to make sure this works so it has the same texture as the gatling laser, which I will work on changing later. A normal version is (hopefully) purchasable from anybody who sells big guns, and somewhere in the wasteland (again, hopefully) there is a unique version called \"The Grinder\". Hints: Not outside, not being used by an NPC, not in any of the DC areas (the mall, steward square, dupont, etc), and it is in the East (right) half of the map. Changed the projectile from plasma rifle bullet to plasma pistol, friend said it was smaller. Placed 240 EC Packs on the counter of Craterside Supply.
