Adds the Fallout 76 Pip-Boy created by the Molten Clouds team. Included both replacer and non-replacer versions.
NOTE:
Do to the Pip-Boy Size, I recommend to edit the FOV through the Fallout.ini with either Notepad or Notepad+ (whichever your pick).

[]Go to My Documents >> Click My Games >> Click Fallout 3

]Click/Edit the Fallout.ini[]Scroll down to the bottom of the section and then look for fPipboy1stPersonFOV47 or Type CTRL+F and type fPipboy1stPersonFOV if you are lazy (like me).
[]Edit 47 to 55 or higher (Depending on your preference).
[]Type CTRL+Save and close.
[]Play the game and see how it looked through your FOV if it's set to your adjustment.
