Phased Energy Rifle

The Talon Company had uncovered some technology from a secret bunker and took it back to their camp near grayditch for study. It appears to be a phased energy rifle. Interesting technology that delivers a high energy blast at long range that ignites the available oxygen around the target at impact. Not only does this explosive combustion usually knock targets to the ground, but the intense heat also ignites the combustibles on the target. This is just a prototype and the Talon company intends to reverse engineer it for production. While a prototype, the only components that tend to wear can easily be found in common laser rifles. Installation- Copy the esp file to your data folder and check the box at startup. v1. 0 - No known bugs at this time. Note - don\'t use on targets at very close range or targets near your allies. The explosive combustion isn\'t selective about who it ignites. In a nutshell, this is an energy weapon sniper rifle with added effect of setting off a small gas trap explosion at the point of impact. So even though your target may fall down, theres a good chance its not dead yet. Still its a good crowd control weapon to keep a few targets down for a few seconds with each blast.
