=== Overview ===
This mod adds a new bartender to Paradise Falls, which is available only after the old one is killed (yes, Frank needs to die first). He provides food and drink and limited repair services for you and other visitors. At night, he will close up shop and roll out his mattress and sleep, which you can use to your advantage (You don't wan't to be caught stealing from him though).
Additionally several new NPCs are added both inside and outside Paradise Falls (about 8 in each area). Most of new NPCs are randomly picked from the leveled lists for Raiders, Slavers and Talon Company. If you are using mods such as FWE or MMM, NPCs from those mods might be used. They will generally be unaggressive, unless you have picked a fight with the Slavers (you shouldn't need to disguise yourself). They will go about their own business, either hanging out, eat by the BBQ, drink by the bar or sleep in the barracks (each NPCs runs on a randomised schedule). As they respawn, you will see different faces and the ratio between the factions will be different with each visit.
Known issues: The new NPCs can get stuck in the barracks. The AI for the randomly picked NPCs doesn't run if player isn't in the same area, so if they go into the barracks for a nap, they may not come out again until player enters the barracks.
Wrong Faction Relations
Some mods that temporarily let you become friendly with Raiders or TalonCompany, doesn't restore faction relations properly afterwards. For example, Raiders should be NEUTRAL towards the PlayerFaction. Some mods incorrectly sets this to ENEMY.
This may seem strange since Raiders normally are hostile, but it's the Aggression setting on their AI that causes that; not the faction relations.
To correct faction relations, bring up the console and type the following:
SetEnemy 1b2a4 21476 1 1 ; (sets PlayerFaction and RaiderFaction NEUTRAL) SetEnemy 1b2a4 4443b 1 1 ; (sets PlayerFaction and TalonCompany NEUTRAL)
