Nuclear rocket launcher

This replaces the unique Miss Launcher with an existing, much more powerful weapon not intended for use by the player. Why? Why not? That\'s why. It works like a regular missile launcher and takes missiles for ammo, but the missiles hit for as much damage as a Fat Man with a larger blast radius. The blast zone will be dangerously radioactive for about 20 - 30 seconds. The weapon is located at Fort Independence, replacing the Miss Launcher. To get to it, either scavenge enough tech to gain the trust of the Brotherhood Outcasts or simply fight your way in. Warning: Don\'t use this weapon indoors. At all. Seriously. If you don\'t want to replace the Miss Launcher, you can just spawn the weapon in the admin console (you don\'t need this mod to do this). The spawned version of the weapon (without this mod) will not have a name and cannot be picked up again if you drop or transfer it to a container (because it was never intended to be used by anything but a script).
