Aimed Shot

Requirements: Level 10, Perception 8, Sneak 50

"Aiming is a lot more easier when no one is shooting at you, who would've thought! When out of combat, you are 50% more accurate in V. A. T. S."

An Eye for an Eye

Requirements: Level 14

"An eye for an eye... and some more! You deal +10% more damage for each crippled limb you have."

Crippler

Requirements: Level 8, Strength 5

"Introduce your enemies to some blunt force trauma. Blunt melee and unarmed weapons deal +20% critical damage and their limb damage is doubled."

Dressed to Kill

Requirements: Level 2

"While wearing Pre-War clothing (excluding headwear), your Damage Resistance is increased by 5 for every 20 points in Speech up to a maximum of 25. And by 1 for every point of Charisma up to a maximum of 10."

Drunken Master

Requirements: Level 10, Unarmed 50

"You fight better when you are drunk. While under the influence of alcohol, you deal +5 damage with unarmed weapons."

Ghoul Hater

Requirements: Level 10

"You hate Ghouls and they hate you. You deal 50% more damage to all ghouls, but they have 50% increased chance to critically hit you."

Improved Power Armor Training

Requirements: Power Armor Training

"You have used Power armor so much it has become lika a second skin. When worn, Power Armor weights nothing."

Lone Wanderer

Requirements: Level 2

"Who needs friends anyway? When adventuring without a companion, you gain +5 Damage Resistance and +25 carry weight. (Cannot use with People Person)"

Looter's Adrenaline

Requirements: Level 10, Barter 50

"You are obsessed with loot, even if your life is in danger. Your carry weight is doubled during combat."

People Person

Requirements: Level 2

"Being around people gives you energy. When adventuring with a companion, your Action Points are increased by 20 and your Action Points regenerate slightly faster.(Cannot use with Lone Wanderer)"

Powered Strikes

Requirements: Power Armor Training

"With each rank of the Powered Strikes perk, you deal 10% more damage with melee and unarmed weapons, while wearing Power Armor."
