Novasurge Upgraded

Disclaimer: Requires Mothership Zeta (duh) and Saiden Storm\'s Weapon Effects mod, which can be found here. Has to be run between the Weapon Effects.esm and .esp files in load order to avoid crashes or other undesirable effects. This mod reskins the MPLX Novasurge plasma pistol to make it look less cartoonish and more like a serious military weapon. Also, the durability has been upped, spread zeroed, and the projectile changed to a Particle Beam - kindly provided by Saiden Storm\'s mod - which looks really cool. I changed the firing sound to the Drone Cannon\'s, too, just to add a bit more oomph. Also, I altered the note you get when finding the weapon a bit, to provide more flavor.
