nochilduse removed - play as a child

Version: 0. 1 -> initial release 0. 2 -> added support for Activators A mod for all those who intend to play as children. Be it with the consolecommand \"player.agerace -1\" or a race-mod. This mod should put an end to all the \"Children are not allowed to use that\"-messages which are caused by the option \"Nochilduse\". Please report if you find any bugs and feel free to rate, give kudos, comment or whatever. ^^ Reminder: I just changed it so that everything is accesible by children, i didnt change any animations or whatsoever. Therefore it could be possible that you experience some issues with animations. P. S.: Funny, that children were only allowed to drink from \"clean\" toilets until now. :D
