No screen Splatter

I don\'t know about you, but I absolutely hate the screen splatter effect. It\'s incredibly unrealistic, and clouds your ability to see anything. Well, maybe not to that extent, but it\'s still annoying. And I know that some other people want to get rid of it, so here is a mod to get rid of it. All I did was make the textures clear, because it seemed as though changing the bScreenSplatterEnabled to 0 didn\'t do anything. So here it is! No screen splatter! Install: Just put it into your (Directory)\\Fallout 3\\Data\\ folder. If you have some other mod like Enhanced Blood Textures, you\'ll have to write over some of the files that are in the gore folder.
