Neural Suit

The Outcasts have recently found what they consider a technological relic. Technological relic indeed. This Neural Suit interfaces with the user\'s body and assists in cognitive functions increasing intelligence and perception. The suit also uses a Non-hazardous Lead Polymer Nanostructure which thickens in reaction to a site of the body getting exposure to gamma radiation. The suit also grants comfort and flexibility giving a small assist to the bodily functions as well as making aiming with a gun easier. This suit of origin is unknown and the technology looks something alien. Nevertheless it was designed for human use. Place Meshes and Textures folder in your fallout 3 data folder, and add the .esp to your Data folder as well.
