With this small plugin you can add custom items to four existing settings submenus: Gameplay, Display, Audio and Controls.

Items can be sliders or lists of options.

You can easily access item values in your scripts using global variables.

To add custom settings, create a text file named YourModName.json (For this example, MyMod.json) in Data/fose/plugins/native_settings_extender/ then copy and paste the code below:

}This config adds two items to the "Gameplay" submenu: one slider and one list with three options.

Parameter meanings:

"SettingA" - Item name. It must be unique within the same file.

caption - The text that appears in the in-game settings.

settingsId - Submenu type: 0 - Gameplay, 1 - Display, 2 - Audio, 3 - Controls.

valueList - Options to select from. If there are any options, the item switches to list mode. Otherwise, it will be a slider. Options should be separated by commas.

maxValue - The maximum value for the slider.

menuWidth - The width of the right section where arrows appear. 0 uses the default width.

defaultValue - The default value.

You can add multiple items in one file. They should be separated by commas, just like SettingA and SettingB in the example.

Now, to access these values from your scripts, you need to add Globals to your esp. The global name is composed of two parts: the filename and the item name. For this example, they would be MyModSettingA and [color=#6d9
