Well, i\'ve seen some characters in Fallout3nexus, let\'s just say, 80% of it was skipping the tutorial, 15% was with cheat, 4% was with porn images and 1% was normal. I decided to make the best one - yet (it\'s not exactly the best one, maybe someone make better). No cheats, almost all unique and AVALIABLE apparel/weapon (except the Linden\'s Outcast Armor, Callahan\'s Magnum, and the General Jingwei\'s Outfit, but the rest I got), also with 10 SPECIAL and 100 in all skills (a unique build like this one: http://vault106.com/characters/Jenine but with other perks of my taste) I got all bobbleheads, and made ALL side/main quests. Explored all places for exception of Vault 87, which is almost impossible. This is my first file, I hope you understand what i\'m talking about, like, I removed almost all my mods to make the save, so you can use it without my stupid mods.
