Mutagen

This was a request from dudeinmask. Currently a little basic but I might be able to add more to it later. Mutations can sometimes be gained by getting heavily irradiated, or with a far higher probability from injecting mutagen, you may gain superhuman powers like the ability to breathe underwater, or release toxic gas into the air around you, but be carefull because you could also develop allergies or worse. If you take the Gene-Ius perk you can cure harmfull mutations by finding a genetics lab, but sometimes special items are needed to make a cure. The mod also adds Radioisotope cannisters, that can be thrown like grenades to create a temporary hotspot. Due to a few delays I\'ve only had time to do basic testing on the mod, as far as I can tell it all works ok, but if you find any problems (or have any suggestions for new features) let me know. Oh, and here\'s a usefull tip, it\'s very dangerous to get more than 1 mutation per day.
