This mod adds more of the Outcast Soldiers to the outpost base at the Fort Independence, I always looked at the fort and realised how little there was of outcasts and to say they have branched of from the original goal of the brotherhood of steel you would think alot more members would agree and take arms with the outcasts and seek shelter at the fort independence.
