This mod adds some extra guards to the entrance of Arlington Library, Paradise Falls and Arefu.

The NPCs have respawn, scaling level and moderate stats.
New structures and allocations fully navmeshed.
Full version and separate version available.
Disclaimer: Arefu Guards are againts the lore. True, you're free of using the separate versions.
Also if you want some Canterbury Commons guards, this mod is highly recommended.
