mini lab

A much more slimmed down version of the laboratory from the vault I\'m working on, mostly built as a response to the demand for an alternative to the Quantum Chemist perk. Also featured is a power cell converter, water condenser, storage, bed, and workbench. The player can study Nuka Cola Quantum, Ultrajet, Wonder Meat, Alien Power Cells, and Mesmetron Cells at the laboratory to learn how to make more. Other items are planned but the lab is usable now and navmeshed so I\'m calling this version 1. Any suggestions for updates are appreciated. To use the lab, open it and place whatever you want to Do Science! with into it. All objects placed into the lab will be consumed, but some items will give usefull results. Note that making items is sometimes more efficient in batches, as some items are listed as 1 per batch.
