DESCRIPTION

Springvale player home with intended increased functionality, quick access to most used tools, easiest navigation, extra storage space and no requirements.

Located in Springvale, across the street from Springvale's map marker, in a manhole, near the mail box. The key needed it's right on the manhole's cover.

I'm too lazy to create a full fledged quest or elaborated requirements to gain acces to it, but I included some cannon tidbits, just for fun ;)

Altough it says "Vault" in the name I used furniture/ decoration from any place I saw fit, so lore-concious fellas, 'hope you don't mind 'cause I don't.

Inspired on Rayek's superb work "MiniHideOut", and not intended to replace it, but to be used alongside it, specially if you enjoy roleplaying.

- Bobblehead display (activate the display to enable Bobbles previously gotten/setted in other homes. Thanks to Rayek for the script)

- 4 lockers, labeled

- 2 Ammo boxes

- 1 Toolbox, under workbench

- 1 Wall mounted safe

- 2 FirstAid boxes

- 2 Dressers

Minimalist decoration, wide open spaces in walls and floor.

Well-balanced lighting = no need for pipboy-light and no FPS compromised.

No custom textures/ meshes / sounds = One file mod, hassle-free instalation

Used only FO3 native world objects = Compatible with/ without DLC

No clutter, only 2 movable objects = You can move around freely (or run into every wall without moving a thing).

Many tables for you to fill with unique/created weapons or prize items

No auto-sorter for weapons/ armor / items, etc = No need for FOSE

No freebies: doesn't include uber weapons, katanas, skillbooks.

No ammo/ food/ aids, except for those already in containers (non respawnable).

No mannequins / display case / weapon rack.

* No roleplay facilities (toilet, shower, kitchen, jacuzzi) Sorry.

INSTALLATION

- Copy-paste .esp file in DATA folder

- Check MiniHideVault_byMaxgnc.esp at startup via FOMM
