Place the data folder in C:\\Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Fallout 3 or any place you installed Fallout 3 and the ESP File in Data 2.if you want to change your eye color you have to make a new player and select the eye you want.or mabye if you have a mod that can change eye color that works too. 3.
