Master of Lightning Version. 01 This creates the \"Master of Lightning\" perk, which is available at level 8 with a science skill of 60. Master of Lightning has two ranks, and each increases Energy Weapons by 15 and Action Points by 10. In-game Perk description: Following in the footsteps of a man named Nikola Tesla, you have done extensive research into lightning and energy weapons. For each rank of this perk, you gain +15 to the Energy Weapons skill. In addition, you have permanently modified your body to conduct lightning, giving you an extra 10 action points with each rank of this perk. - Please report any bugs, and I will work to fix them asap. Feel free to leave comments and suggestions on how to improve the mod. Installation: Extract Master-of-LightningPerkv01.esp into your Fallout 3 / Data folder. Enable the check box next to the mod in the Fallout 3 Launcher Data menu, or in the Fallout Mod Manager Menu. Uninstallation: Remove Master-of-LightningPerkv01.esp from your Fallout 3 / Data folder. Alternatively, uncheck the .esp from the Fallout 3 Launcher Data menu, or from the Fallout Mod Manager Menu.
