adds an NPC that sells 10 custom masks nearby arefu. the masks have -1 perception (for obvious reasons) but are scripted to add a unique skill and other benefits while equipped. if you already have a skill, it will remain after unequipping. mix and match them with your favorite outfits and equip them on your companions for extra character! LOCATION: check the world map on your pipboy and you will see \"reclaimed trailer\" map marker by arefu.
