Lockpick and Hacking Mod

After the Screwdriver/Pip-Boy Mod Chip is unequipped, your Lockpick/Science skill will revert to the original value. Like my Better NPC Repair mod, this mod is designed for those who would like to spend their tag skills and skill points on other things. It could provide a different game experience, as players can tryout other perks, instead of always selecting ones related to picking and hacking, which Bethesda made to be crucial.
