Like A Good Neighbor

In this mod you will come across a little settlement just outside of Springdale. In side you will see people who are labeled \"outcasts\" because other settlements or towns wouldn\'t let them join them. So now they live in a metro/utility station just off the road behind the super duper mart, however, due to the lack of space and other things like air filtration and security from the outside horrors, they are in desperate need of a new, safe home so they don\'t have to worry about what might happen. This is the first release of this mod so I know there\'s bound to be bugs. What this mod has to offer... 1. A new utility area to search and gather useful things, such as weapons, ammo, stimpaks, etc. 2. A completely newly designed vault (size is of the essence so I tried my best to keep it unique) 3. New merchants and new people (coming soon) 4. Adds more quests to the game and actually interacts with the game world And last but not least... This mod gives you a good challenge when clearing enemies from the vault. With a couple different types of monsters... This will really be a \"on edge\" mod! Thanks for looking! Edit: I am currently working on a fix for this mod, however, my computer just died on me and i lost a great deal of stuff for my mod and im having issues launching fallout 3 now.
