Lightweight Stealth Mod Sneaking Improvement

Daytime and light don't affect stealth as much, base footstep sound reduced.  Sneak skill doesn't increase success quite as much at max.

Generally you should be pretty successful if wearing lighter armor and out of sight.  Mostly vanilla stealth, but it works a little better in my opinion.  Semi-Realistic.

Did not alter NPC aggro distances, search times or anything like that.  You may be better off with a more intensive overhaul if you want more of that kind of thing.
