Liberty Armor beta

There are two versions of this mod, only use one. Liberty Prime version changes Lindens Outcast armor. The t-51b version changes the t-51b armor in the vanilla game to have liberty primes voice. If you just want to add the effect to an armor of your choice its easy, simply open geck, make my file active. go to the armor section in geck, double click the armor you want to modify, and select OBJECT EFFECTS, then scroll to you see LibertyArmor. Select that and save, you are then done. This mod plays Liberty Primes voice under certain conditions; Entering/leaving combat Losing a certain percentage of hp. and etc. changelog: 2. 0 added yet more timers and several checks to avoid overlapping voices. 1. 5 added timers to most of the dialog, this should prevent multiple voice files from playing at once.
