Laser and Plasma Shotguns V 1

Adds Laser and Plasma shotguns out the front of Vault 101. I still haven\'t figured out how to add weapons to the vendor\'s inventory. If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. Differences between the two --plasma damage higher than laser, both damages higher than the rifle variants. --clip size dramatically shortened on laser rifle to compensate for fast rate of fire. --projectiles on plasma=10 laser rifle=5
