GAME CHANGES

Adds cut Super Stimpaks to dungeon/enemy loot and vendors.

Cut content Super Stimpaks can now be found in various loot boxes, enemies and vendors in the game.

The effects of these potent medicines are based on Fallout: New Vegas. They provide a bigger health boost, but at the cost of a small, temporary reduction in Strength and Agility.

The model, textures and Pipboy icons are present in the game code, I just finished what was already there.

RATIONALE

Cut content is fun content, plus it's lore-friendly.
